Siegfried Günther:
Art Needs More Appreciation

I launched this website to give regional artists more visibility and appreciation. The idea came to me after the sudden death of my wife Ingrid at the end of 2022 and the memorial exhibition I initiated for her work in 2023. Here I showcase both her paintings and those of my daughter Sarah Kofman – in the future, I also want to offer a platform to other artists from the region.

From November 3rd to 10th, works by Ingrid Günther and Sarah Kofman will be on display. Concurrently, an exhibition will take place from November 8th to 10th at Forum Baltikum in Elmshorn, with the opening reception on Saturday, November 8th, at 1:30 PM, accompanied by music from Artur Hermanni.
