The container ship “Alioth” primarily collected bananas and tropical fruits along the Pacific coast of South America in 2008. The painting was created after a photo I took at the shipyard in Panama City. This project was very important for Ingrid and me because it was the first complex repair order since our company was founded in 2004.
The details of the container bridges, in particular, presented Ingrid with significant challenges and were the subject of several discussions between us.
